Are hacked Pokemon/ Pokemon items allowed?

I doubt it. I remember years ago having a hacked pok?mon which was traded to me off the iNets and trying to flog it here, I got into trouble.

The general rule of thumb is nothing illegitimately gained should be sold or traded on here.

I don't think people are allowed to sell any hacked stuff here, but really people sell hacked stuff here all of the time and just pretend it's legitimate and there is really no way to tell the difference.

When you get found out (because you can find out) you'll just get a bad rep and noone will buy off you. There's a reason we don't want hacked stuff, it lessens the community.

I asked awhile ago and the response I got was no, and something along the lines of basically anything gained through hacking or illegitimate means is not allowed to be sold or traded.

Well, think about it. You are selling a rare pokemon you got through hack for the same price as the one who got it through legitimate means. That's not fair at all.

I've seen people warn people that the Pokemon they're selling are hacked, cloned, RNG'd, etc right on the OP of their threads so I assume the mods don't care?

No, you'll get a good rep because people want stuff like Caterpie with Huge Power and Sacred Fire because that's better than a regular Caterpie.

I'm a Pok?mon hacker and I'd probably just feel guilty if I sold hacked stuff here. I prefer using Reddit for stuff like that.
