Are there species of villager that you feel need more love?

So I was looking at the popular villager thread and I was surprised to see whole species either on the top or on the bottom of the tiers. Wolves and cats seem to be popular, while pigs, mice, anteaters, ect. seem to be more on the bottom. Which species do you think deserves more love?

Personally I think there are very cute pig villagers like Peggy and I don't really see why they aren't more popular. Ditto with the anteaters since they have a really unique design and look pretty cute (at least to me).

mice :c how can you dislike Penelope and Rod? I don't find the mice designs awful (the exception being Chadder though--he creeps me out)

I definitely think that the pigs need more love as I think pig villagers such as Lucy are adorable, as well. ; ;

Or Hazel? Sure, she has a unibrow, but her face is still really cute.

Anteaters, definitely. I also feel that the kangaroos and alligators are underrated too.

Agreed with Hazel and Flora (sorry Rod, I don't like mice). People always say Hazel is so ugly but I find her endearing and I would love her in my town.

And the ostriches look cool to me.

also it's a shame kangaroos aren't like very much. I don't really like how they were designs (especially how the babies of the females copy their action like some living tumour clone)
