Smash Bros Arms in Smash!

I've never played Arms, but I think an Arms rep is a good addition to the roster. I love the style of the game and I think they'll be a pretty unique and fun fighter. I would have much preferred a different character ngl (dante please) but still neat. Who do you think it will be and what are your thoughts?

It'll probably be Spring Man or Ribbon Girl. Hoping for Ninjara but honestly I'll take anything. Not super hype about ARMS myself but it's a new addition. Still hoping for Dante and Sora though

Spring Man would be the most obvious choice for an Arms rep, but I can't help but wonder about his assist trophy too. I would love to see something like Bowser Jr. where each skin is a different character, but I think that's asking a bit much considering how they're all so different from one another.

I was shocked when ARMS didn't get a newcomer entry in the base game, so it does not surprise me that a DLC character is coming. I have a feeling that it will be one of the more prominent characters, like Ribbon Girl or Spring Man.

I'm hoping for Twintelle or Min Min since they are fan favorites are aren't as generic as Spring Man and Ribbon Girl.

I feel like the character choice was a bit strange. But, it's good that they're going for some variety. Surely, you'd expect a more recognizable character...someone that the mainstream can say "yeah...I've seen that character in the game art" or whatever. But...yeah. This is fine. I don't really know anything about ARMS, tbh. Played it during that free weekend they had, and I was mostly indifferent to it. Wasn't really my thing.

I'm really happy they went with Min Min! I can actually feel excited for the DLC now since it's a character I like.

I feel like Min Min will be both a noob stomper who is easy to cheese with as well as a high skill cap fighter that will put up a solid fight against swordies and top tiers.
