Both very interesting questions.

I feel like my sadness for his death comes from how much I think he wanted to live, to see his daughter grow up and to just continue being an artist and doing his thing, and while that is all true, he "set up" his death perfectly, with the new album and the new songs and just every little thing he did leading up to his time, and so perhaps he was ready for death by then. I don't know. My life isn't nearly as significant as his, and he did so much good for the world, so yeah. Maybe. I doubt he would want that, though. Knowing him. He's probably happy now anyway, watching over his family from wherever he might be now.

As for your second question, I have a lot of Bowie music. The first album I got of his was a compilation album called Best of Bowie, and I just fell in love with it. I only have CD and MP3 copies of his music, but if I ever get myself a record player, I'll probably start collecting his vinyls as well. There's a beautiful black vinyl of his latest album which I must get at some point.

I don't like to be too serious, but I can be. I have a healthy balance of the two, I think. Everyone should, really.
