I've had DOZENS of people start lurking for Fuchsia, only to see that she won't ever budge. She's been in my town for over 20 years (game time) and was part of my original 10 in town. If she moves, it'll be a miracle...so don't get your hopes up.

Fuchsia is unlikely to move, as she's been here since I starting cycling this town in September. I wouldn't get your hopes up on her, unfortunately.
