~Lurkers are welcome but don't lurk for more than 3 villagers at a time~
~Villager tiers D/U won't be auctioned and immediately voided unless reserved~
~Lurkers will be notified when the villager is in boxes, and when they arrive in the town~
~Once a villager is in Boxes the auction will last for 3 hours.~
~You MAY reserve a villager if it meets the villager reserve minimum and they are one of my current villagers~
~You may cancel your reserve for a villager at any time just please let me know!~
~Positive Feedback is very much appreciated!~

Important Notes: I have recently changed the tiering system of my villagers. Simply because I felt this tier list was more accurate in more areas, and better reflected the current economy. I also now allow people to reserve villagers and the prices are as shown above. They're nonnegotiable.They are slightly high, but that is because by reserving a villager in my mind, you're taking a risk spending more so you have a guaranteed chance of getting that villager. While if you were to wait for he/she to be auctioned you could potentially get a discount!
