Bell Tree Eras

I came up with something called “Bell Tree Eras”, which are unofficial and based on Animal Crossing releases. Here’s what I have:

• 1st Era - Founding Era (12/19/04 - 12/04/05): Bell Tree back in the earliest days. Very few members that joined during this time are still active.
• 2nd Era - Wild World Era (12/05/05 - 11/15/08): Bell Tree when Wild World was the newest Animal Crossing game.
• 3rd Era - City Folk Era (11/16/08 - 01/12/11): City Folk was the most recent game, but this was still TBT 1.0.
• 4th Era - Transition Era (01/13/11 - 06/08/13): This is Bell Tree after transitioning to vBulletin, but New Leaf had yet to come out.
• 5th Era - New Leaf Era (06/09/13 - present): Bell Tree when New Leaf was worldwide. This is when the site started to grow and when most of our site events took place. The majority of the active members joined during this time, but this era is bound to end this year when the new AC game comes out for the Nintendo Switch.

Here are some questions to ask:

1. What are your opinions on this? Do you have a better era format?
2. Judging by this list, which era did you join this site in?

I wish I could of joined sooner, but it wouldn't of worked anyhow as my internet had issues.

Well I joined October 30th, 2011, so it was after the site transferred to vBulletin. But I was largely inactive until 2015, and I didn't start really doing anything on here until around July 2016, so I dont know what era exactly you could say I'm from.

I’ll still consider you to be a 4th Era member, even if you started becoming more active in the 5th Era.

I’m a fifth era member, granted I joined the site just a month or so after New Leaf came out. Also, I think the format for this is well done and explained.

Joined during the 5th era. It was my first time being active on a forum and had no idea what I was doing. But I loved it, and I'm glad I'm still here. I miss a lot of users who were here then, and hoping they return with the new game!

Originally, I called the first era the “Primeval Era” since that’s of the earliest times of TBT. But “primeval” is a bit extreme so I chose “founding”.

I joined in 2015, so at the 5th Era. Had at first no idea what to do, as my english was also not
that good and I kinda had problems to use the forum. However, it got better over the time. I
was also a few times inactive until I start to became more active at one point.

Joined in 2016, so definitely 5th Era. Probably would've joined sooner if I wasn't busy with other forums, or if I had plaed AC when I first discovered it.

Definitely the fifth era. I've only been a fan of the series since 2015. I wish I had discovered it way sooner though...

You’re still a 4th era member, just like xSuperMario64x, Murray, oath2order, and everyone else who joined TBT 2.0 before ACNL released in North America and Europe.

I joined in 2016, which would put me in the 5th era. I wish I had joined earlier though because I could have gotten some of the rare early collectibles.

We’ll make that Era 4.5 or Era 4.67 as Era 4.33 is when the 3DS came out.

And in the 5th era, Era 5.25 is after Happy Home Designer, Era 5.5 is after the Welcome amiibo update, and Era 5.75 is after Pocket Camp.

I have been around since 2009 back in the City Folk days so I am a 3rd/City Folk Era TBT Member. City Folk online was so much fun and I met so many amazing people during that time period! Knowing I joined that long ago, I honestly regret not getting into collectibles sooner because I missed out on a lot of good ones (heck, I probably could have gotten a Weird Doll for all I know xD)! :/

Idk abut era, we could probably and a 6 or maybe 7 as well depending on things.
