hmm... 5 dollars for ONE apple? besides that, it seems correct.
You might as well knock yourself out at the Super Market in Real Life.
??? is that supposed to emotionally harm me?
No it was a joke to add-on about your remark about the $5 Apple >.> I didn't intend to offend anyone in any way.

OH OK!!! no bad feelings just a misunderstanding! ... am I crazy...?

I'd think 1000 bells is about $1. But that's cos it comes and goes pretty easy. But then that'd mean furniture is really cheap and washing machines and couches etc are only like $3. >_>

1 cent maybe. I mean, what shack costs 19.8k?
My dad's a realtor in the middle of nowhere. You'd be surprised how big of a house you can buy for $30k where he lives. The monthly payments on that house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) were less than my rent in a 1 bed/1 bath apartment in a big city.

So yeah, I think $19.8k for a tiny house is reasonable as a comparison for bells to US dollars.

hmmm..... Well a couch is around 2.5K So maybe 100 bells = $1 CDN? BUT then a flower is almost 100 bucks!!! So it is not compleatly compatable with any currency lol.

I've heard from many people that the bell currency is actually based off of the Japanese Yen.

This would mean that 100 bells would equal

100 Bells = $1

$198 for you first house is pretty close. On account that it is a crap hole.
