Bells?

Whats the whole thing about the bells. I got my welcome bells but I dont get what they are for and how you get them. Can someone explain them please? I cant find a thread about them and another post. Thanks in advance!

So how do you get more? by charging people to see things like I have seen or do you get them like on ACC?

Charge tags, posting and making threads. Or getting users to donate them to you.
