Belltree page glitching?

I'm having a really weird issue with the site page today. Out of nowhere the whole page will go blue(like I'm just seeing the background) and then I can't do anything or get the page back without closing my internet and rebooting the page. This has happened at least 5 to 7 times. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks

I haven't had any unusual issues so far today. I have an older phone and laptop so I sometimes get the blue screen when I'm first loading the page or going to a new page, but it always pops up after a few seconds.

I get the same thing happening to me frequently, but I have crappy internet so I think it may be a problem on my end. I usually just refresh a few times, disconnect and reconnect to the internet or just wait a couple of minutes for it to fix itself depending on how bad it is.
