After a number of trial and error of trying to shade white I'm pretty content with the result! idk why I struggled so much during the colouring progress haha... I also didn't include the spirit flame in the end because it didn't came out too well. Sorry about that. orz

ALSO just a small update to everyone else that due to having my course timetable changed I may have to work on these on weekends. Which sucks because the one I received before was literally perfect since I didn't have any classes that started early or ended late in the evening-night, nor did it clash against my shifts for work. I'm hoping it's not much of a significant change but we'll see how things go, yeah?

Still sketching atm but I'm almost finished before I can start applying base colours and fixing the lines! tbh working with a thicker brush is a lot easier than the thin one I used for Itadakii's.

Two things I was wondering but I'm not quite sure what's the pink object on her ribbons? Is it a flower or?? Also if you can let me know what's her eye colour that would be great! Otherwise I'll redraw her eye and make it closed instead. ^^

The object on her head is a ribbon, particularly a small thin red ribbon on top of large black ribbon. The item in question is here, but in case the link doesn't work, here is a thumbnail of the item

I'd say her eyes are as black as her soul, but they're actually red

I'm glad to hear that the hair looks OK because this is my first time drawing poofy hair so I was a little worried haha! Man I forgot how detailed and complicated-looking most hairstyles in Gaia were it's been so long

Ohh so it's a smaller ribbon, I see! Those thumbnails helps me a lot to see the smaller details up close that I didn't notice before so I think I'm all set for now. c:

Here is Ayaya's piece! Red is such a fun colour so I had a blast during the colouring process!

I think I'm going to continue to do this semi-painting colouring for now on because it looks so much better than what I was doing before, but as a result it's going to take a little longer to finish sorry guys OTL

Also just a quick follow-up from the previous update: my new timetable isn't that bad so I have at least a few hours to do commissions in the weekdays, however most of the time they'll be done in the weekends unfortunately. I've got 3 down so far so I'm making progress! //cries at self

Yes of course! I'm thinking of opening 3 slots once I get down to either the 5th or 6th commission, and start them after I finish with the art trades I owe to other artists here. c:

Ta-daaa! I'm sorry to make you guys wait for... quite a while now but I'll try my best to get them done quickly. I'm halfway with the sketch for my side of an art trade with bitterlings so I'm expecting to get it done this week.

Anyway here's my side for an art trade with bitterlings! I haven't had the chance to draw other body shapes before so this has been a good experience for me. :')

Right?? When I first saw her I immediately fell in love so I'm glad I was able to draw her! Her uniform reminds me of Mako's from Sailor Moon haha!
