You live in a world where the hatred of people become living monsters. These creatures, called youmu, have the power to possess and control humans, and some have unique abilities. Youmu have a knack for messing up the balance and causing havoc, often possessing people to do things like blow things up with dynamite, among others. TO keep the peace, Spirit World Warriors were employed to kill youmu. They serve as a way of income.
In order to become a half-youmu, two players which are youmus have to consent to have you. Half-youmu are treated as humans, except when they get in a dire situation to the point of life-or-death. They also heal from wounds quickly.
