For those of you who don't know what Black Friday is, it's the day after Thanksgiving when lots of people do their holiday shopping and stores usually have sales and other promotions. In a way, it's kind of like an unofficial holiday. Do you like Black Friday, do you think it's dumb, or do you not care?

Here we get some kind of Black Friday, but its called "Buen Fin" which first occurred on 2011. It happens between November 18th and 21th

Back in 2011 and 2012 in this event many people participated. I went on 2012 and i couldn't even walk lmao.

However as the time passes by, people have known that weeks before they lower the orginial price and then when the Buen fin comes the put the original price and say the price of the product was more than the supposed discount.
This has caused many people to don't partcipate. This year my local mall looked like a normal day on the buen fin, even through in 2012 it was about to explode, lol.

I don't care since I stay at home during that time. I'm not the type who goes all out when it comes to buying other stuff besides food that is.^^;

I don't care, which leads me to my next question of why I'm even looking at this thread?

I don't care that much. I never have really have been Black Friday shopping and all the fights turn me away from it.

I don't think it's dumb, because I do find the concept completely logical. Stores want to make money. Particularly with the holidays coming up, people want to save money. However, I do hate it as a thing, because people sometimes get seriously hurt clamoring for popular items. I've heard of people getting trampled. What the heck? D:

Fortunately, there's no obligation to leave the house as long as you have the day off work (or classes). But I feel very, very, very bad for retail workers in particular who have to work today.

Yeah, but I don't get why stores would want everyone to rush in on one day (the day after Thanksgiving which sucks for retail workers) when there is a month between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It would make more sense to have the deals over a longer period of time than just one day so that they avoid all of the dumb camping out and fighting over stuff.
