Day 20. And I didn't use an exclamation mark because I'm kinda down. I guess I can't complain about today being a bad day, but it wasn't quite what I expected it to be. Now we've been having a ton of snow recently, and I was assuming school today would be delayed or cancelled... Nada. So we assumed it would be let out early today, nope. Kinda sucks when you spend the day anticipating an early dismissal and it doesn't come, but oh well. Next bummer of the day was in Algebra. So two weeks ago I do this super hard assignment. I ask the teacher for help the next day because I didn't fully understand it, so she gives me a bonus day to get it done. I turn it in the next day with my assignment due that day, problem solved. As I mentioned earlier, we now have a sub. This sub informs me that I'm missing an assignment, that one. I explained the situation to her and she looks for it... With no success. So guess who gets to do 11 super hard Algebra problems again? Me! And if it's not done by tomorrow at the end of the day, I have to stay after school to finish it. Totally bogus if you ask me, but again I can't complain. Oh, and I think I'm starting to catch a cold. My throat's scratchy and I've coughed a bit. I've been hanging around sick people, so I wouldn't doubt it... Anyway, I kinda had a day brightener later on. I'm sitting in a car driving to my drum lesson when I turn my iPod on shuffle. The first song that plays? Don't Stop Believin'. I think the universe wants me to cheer up; thank you the universe! I think I'm going to have my hopes up for a cancellation tomorrow, things are going to get worse throughout the night. Though it's a huge bummer to find out there's still school when you're anticipating there won't be, it's a lot better to have something to look forward to... Even if you're chasing the wind! I guess that's about it, tune in tomorrow for another installment in the wonderful life of Jami. Seeya!
