I added you as a lurker! She's been in my town for quite a while now and hasn't asked to leave so I think she might be stuck. Quite a few of the villagers in my cycle town aren't wanting to leave.

I'm not 100% sure if it's been 16 villagers yet since I lost my last one, you can keep the TBT for the trouble even if my game won't let me take him yet.
