Bug, or?

I heard that to see your star rating, you just have to unlock the town hall.

But I’ve had the town Hall for a week, and I still can’t review it.

Am I forgetting something or is this an actual glitch that’s preventing me from checking?

You gotta build the campsite. and you can only build the campsite by asking nook about it. don't make the mistake of waiting for nook to tell you. you gotta select that option where you ask him what to do. after you build your campiste and first camper moves in , the storymode advances and you get rating.
