Bumping threads?

Hey there, it's me again with another newbie question. With that said, I'm still relatively new to using forums Anyways, is bumping even allowed? I see people doing it consecutively on the Re-Tail board and I know that generally for forum etiquette thou shall not bump thy thread

You can bump once every 4 hours on the selling boards.

You can bump every 4 hours. It's a newly implemented rule so it's understandable that people might not know about it but you can always report them if you see people bumping constantly and the mods will handle it.
