[Buying] New Avatar

I would like someone to draw me a picture of a Hoppip and Oddish helping out an Eevee by fixing its kart (as seen in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe). Eevee is in the Eevee-themed kart, with Hoppip carrying its glider and Oddish putting on the last tire. The track the avatar is set on is any MK8 track of your choice, but I prefer it to be one of those Retro Cup tracks in MK8 (especially the N64 ones).

The size of the picture doesn’t matter. It’s proportion and zoom (square image, scene not zoomed in too much or zoomed out too much). I’m willing to pay 500 TBT. Do not rush.

The story of the avatar I requested is about an Eevee who finally fulfilled his dream of being in Mario Kart, but his cart isn’t ready. So a couple Grass Pokémon help him put the kart together, and the scene shows the last touches as Oddish and Hoppip are putting the last part onto it.

Just clarifying, there isn’t an eevee themed kart, so would I need to design one myself? Sorry for asking so many questions :/

You get to design the Eevee-themed kart. For an idea, it is brown, has an Eevee logo (as seen in Pokémon Let’s Go) when you see the character’s logo.
