Can't get new bridge PWP when 3/3 bridges built?

I've heard that you can't get new bridge PWP's if you have three bridges built. This seems true, since I've never got a new bridge pwp since I've built the third one.
I just wanna know if I should demolish one of the bridges til I unlock the bridge PWPs.

Also, what's the absolute best way to get PWP's? Someone who's experienced a method for getting them faster

I had that same problem, and I did find out after a long wait that you do have to demolish a bridge before you can get more bridge requests. :/

I always did the "fill pockets with shells, chill in the water for 5 minutes, and go around town" method. It still requires luck, but did work for me, for the most part.

So THAT'S why nobody has been requesting the zen bridge. Ugh, annoying- my town is obnoxious to navigate with only two bridges because of the giant river T_T

I'll give that method a try. How many PWP requests did you get per day?

thats not true, and also, i got the brick bridge even after having 3 bridges so i dont think this is true

I was running into the same issue as you, but after I demolished one of my bridges, I'm pretty sure that the very first request I got was a bridge.

I won't rule it out as impossible, but it certainly seems like bridge requests are more likely without all of them built.

I wasnt getting any bridge requests when I had three bridges. I didnt get any until after I demolished one of them.
It sucked only having two bridges while waiting for someone to suggest the brick bridge.

well i dont see why they wouldnt, i wish i had gotten proof when i could have but there are others who have gotten requests with all 3 bridges built, maybe it is more likely, i mean i havent heard of anyone not getting any lamp post requests because they had some built, or bench requests because they had some built so why the difference with bridges?

hmm, well i got suggested a fairytale bridge when i had 3 bridges, although ive heard from others that personality specific bridges will be suggested anyway but the other bridges wont? it all sounds really unnecessarily complicated but thats all ive got to say, unfortunately no proof though.

THIS. I was wondering the same thing. I was going like "okay Apollo there are only 2 more PWPs left that Crankies can request that you haven't yet, YOU CAN'T PROLONG THE INEVITABLE MUCH LONGER." I thought the game just hated me. Demolishing a bridge ASAP.

I'm not really going off of why something should or shouldn't work, as there are times in Animal Crossing where things just don't work like that. Not to mention when you've got a large portion of users as well as your own experience confirming it, it's difficult to take a disputing claim at face value.

Luckily my favorite bridge is the original stone bridge, so I didn't care if another bridge design was ever requested. I don't know if one has been or not. I haven't had a PWP requested in a while. I might try the full pocket, full letter pocket, no money & swim for 5 minutes trick to see if I can get any. I really want the windmill.

A reminder for if you're going to delete a bridge to get more bridge requests - don't delete the original bridge. The original bridge doesn't count towards the PWP limit, but if you delete it and rebuild it, it will.
