Changing hair question

I used Shampoodles in someone else's town, but i messed up the color i wanted. My Question is, if I were to visit a different towns shampoodles, would I be able to use it, so basically, is it a one time use per day on that character or once per day in that specific town?

its once per day no exceptions ... Unless you cheat ( Time travel)... I have two games I even time traveled with the game hosting Shampoodle. The day was still the same for the person getting haircut
