Changing pictures are the same picture?

I have tried clearing my cache and still hasn't worked. The only pictures that will work are the custom ones which you can pick out when changing your display picture.

I know this makes me sound like I'm being patronizing but make sure you remove the old one first by clicking Remove. Then try again.
