Anything else: So I couldn't find a dress I loved, so thats why there are two links. I figured you could choose the one you wanted to do and make a simpler version of it? Like for the dark one, it is too busy, I wouldn't want her to have the jewels on her and her dress doesn't need to be so complex. And for the lighter one, I like the off-the-shoulder look, but doesn't need the butterfly action. If anything, you could just take inspiration from the pix and draw what you feel comfy with. I'm not picky, and I trust you to just make something cute.
Total: is 45 enough? I can pay more than that, though, since I'm making this a bit complicated. (sorry!)

Dress- maybe the dark purple color, and could it fade to darker on the bottom? I kinda prefer the high-low style, but I didn't know which would look best. I prob also prefer the off-shoulder instead of the sleeves.

Hair- yeah, I like the hair in the loose side braid with flower crown

Wings- similar wings would be good, I kinda like that they were mechanical.
