Have you tried Asian chicken salad with noodles and veggies? Asian chicken salad is a popular dish that typically consists of shredded chicken mixed with a variety of vegetables and noodles, such as cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and scallions, and a flavorful dressing made with ingredients like soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. It can be served on its own or as a topping for a bed of lettuce. Some variations may also include peanuts or other nuts for added texture and flavor.

Yeah… they’re all gross. I’ve never been a big fan of mayo, and the look and smell of tuna makes me think I’m eating wet cat food, so that’s an instant no. I do like chicken in salads though!

I like all of them, but tuna is my favorite. Tuna is one of my most liked foods actually. Absolutely love tuna fish sandwiches 😋

I like potato salad but the rest of these are pretty bad IMO. I like regular salads.

I like lettuce/spinach salads best but like chicken salad and potato salad are really good! Chicken salad with celery and dried cranberries is one of my favorites!

Agreed. Salads are pretty good, but I don't want all the weird textures and tangy flavors. I prefer to taste more of the earthy vegetables.

(lol I had no idea this topic was so necro'd)

I love tuna salad, chicken salad, and egg salad.

I like potato salad but only really when it's at a cookout, it goes well with grilled burgers, BBQ ribs etc

I prefer macaroni salad. The one that my oldest sibling makes every Thanksgiving is the best!

Last year she made another type of macaroni salad that didn’t use mayo. It tasted like a sour dressing. Probably vinegar and oil? It also had those spiral noodles that come in different colors.

For the rest of year, I just stick to chicken salads. I prefer the chicken strips to be crispy, but I can switch to chicken asada depending on the location.

It's a tie between chicken and tuna salad. Chicken is my favorite type of meat and I'm a fan of fish, so it makes sense. Egg salad is okay, but potato salad isn't that good IMO.

potato salad. i wouldn't really hit up any of the others bc i'm not drawn towards lettuce, salad leaves or cucumber

best part of all salads are the main thing. what if there's not enough?

It's great that you have specific preferences for protein-based salads, such as chicken and tuna salad, and even have a favorite brand for each. It's important to enjoy the food you eat, and it seems like you have found a few protein-based salads that fit your taste buds.
Regarding egg salad, it's understandable that it's not your cup of tea, especially if you're not a fan of eggs in general. It's important to note that everyone has different tastes and preferences when it comes to food. While some may enjoy egg salad, others may not, and that's perfectly okay. A great source of protein is the Mexican salad recipe which typically consists of a base of greens (such as romaine lettuce or spinach) topped with a variety of ingredients commonly found in Mexican cuisine. This can include black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado, jalapenos, cilantro, and a variety of other vegetables.

I love all of them. Used to hate tuna salad because I ate one (1) bad tuna salad in my youth.

Now it's great

I enjoy them all but I'd go with chicken salad over everything lol
