Chicken Tenders or Chicken Tendies?

I have a friend who calls them Chicken Tendies but I disagree with that. What are your thoughts?

I call them chicken tenders. I have not, in my twenty years of living, ever heard anyone call them chicken tendies. If I heard someone call them that, I could never look at them the same way again, even if the person was calling them that in a joking manner.
