claire your style is so cute!!!!!!! i don't have a lot to say in the way of tips cuz i'm not very good myself but i really enjoy how you draw faces i feel like your art would make really good stickers

honestly i'm kinda stuck in the same situation where i don't feel like i'm improving too, i think the most you can do is just keep drawing :C i'm never really motivated to draw but something that's been helping me force myself to is art fight, if it looks like something you'd be interested in i'd totally give it a try!

i'm looking at art fight right now and i think it looks like a lot of fun, and it would be a really good motivator for me- i'll definitely consider doing it but first i have to get more confident haha. in the meantime i'll keep practicing, promise!

Your art is so adorable and unique! I agree with everyone here it's got a great minimal quality to it. You are doing great with your progress so far. The only advice I can offer if you're feeling down about your art and finding it difficult to draw focus on studies. With studies you don't have to come up with anything creatively and you are always improving your art. Take some pressure off of yourself and just learn.

trying it again today! eyes are turning out really strange lately so i've just been drawing my dudes with their eyes closed oops! today i like this one:

Spoiler: look at that sliiight 3/4 angle

i'm proud of trying a different angle and for that one elbow point wow (shh hands are still a big struggle but i'm glad i'm trying more than slack hands and peace signs heh). i'm also showing off my new fila sneakers ;^)

did another one! i really like the red purse by ader error (linked it in case you all have $85 you can wire me :^)) and the dress is based off of this one from chuu!
(messed up on the flower at first- it was a yellow rose but then i inked the rose wrong and it looked ridiculous so a sunflower it is!!!)

So glad to help! Keep it up with your art! You are doing so well already, you've got a very distinctive style and direction. The way you drew the shirt in the most recent one was excellent. Minimalistic but you can still tell it's a baggy shirt

One thing that I really adore about your drawings is the fashionable characters (and yes, I noticed the Fila shoes from one of your drawings - you’ve executed that style PERFECTLY). Your art style is unique but still AMAZING! You said you were stuck and nothing would turn out well, but now I see that they are getting much, much better! Keep going, and your art would be so fantastic that you’d have to hang every single piece on a golden frame. I love it! <3
