the first one is a lot better! good improvement, especially like the eyes~
watch the neck tho, a bit thick, and just try to make both arms/legs the same size xD

as for the second, good start, but the anatomy/angles are off. when you draw poses do you use a reference? i find it helps me ton to use a pose reference cause im just starting out and dunno how things are supposed to look

I don't use pose references since for the most part I doodle at school, so it's not that easy to get refs
