I dont have an infinite supply lol villager pictures are the most annoying things to get because I dont have most of them

honestly for the most part i get my items from trades in the acnl community on instagram. a lot of people in the community look for bells in exchange for rare items and i have more bells than i know what to do with. i also have every amiibo card, including the sanrio cards so those are easy to get, and i end up exchanging sanrio items for their rares.

i mostly buy the stuff thats hard to come by or hard to get in mass amounts, like rare sets, extra bush starts and certain spotpass items.

not only that, but my first three towns were made in 2013 and when i reset towns i had my friends hold all my stuff so its accumulated into the mass mess that is my three current towns, in all their beaches-full-of-items glory

theres more to it, a lot of my time goes to this stuff but essentially its instagram trades and doing lots of island tours to hoard silver axes.
