Advent children isn't a game, its a movie. And the MGS series blows LoZ, Mario, FF and just about every other series out of the water.

There are lots of Nintendo fans that don't like Mario... Quite a lot, actually. Zelda is more epic, Mario is kind of a more softcore gamer experience.
