Wait, so does this mean that if I buy a collectible with pure tbt and because of the deal the extra collectible that would already be 50% off with pure tbt are also 50% off of the price they'd be when you pay with pure tbt? Also, are the prices you have down already halved, or are they full price and I work out the 50% off? I'm looking at the blue famous mushroom, it says 450. So would that actually cost 225, and would another collectible like the blue rosewater potion be 100 instead of 200 then?

Whenever a certain amount of collectibles are for sale, I will always have a 50% deal, no matter the time of year. It just so happens that this number was reached during this specific monthly deal, so they seemingly clash against one another.
The numbers are not halved. So for your example, the blue famous mushroom would be 225 with pure TBT. And then anything priced 225 TBT or less, would also be 50% off due to the monthly deal.
Since this is essentially the exact same as the first deal, the second deal is basically overriden / can be ignored until the first deal expires.
