This year, our middle child was accepted into Ringling for Computer Animation...so she should be graduating now! How exciting! I hope your living a better life than past your self... we know the past it was full of suffering but we know future its bright and full of surprises; when you read this letter i dont want you to cry because your still in the suffering i want you to cry of joy that you finally dug out of that hole of yours and finally living the best life you can be with your dream job and go be that streamer for your love of video games and remember the past may be full of suffering but its in the past we always gotta live in the present.

Dear future self,

2024 huh, and possibly nearing 2025 by the time you see this? How's the state of the world today, better or worse? How's life been up to this point, and how are you now? I want you to take a moment and reflect. Reminisce. Recall anything notable that's happened in the past 5 years? How's your health? How was your time in Europe? How's family doing? They'd probably say, "gotten married yet"? While I could list dozens of questions, I won't go overboard on you. I hope by now you've stopped being so hard on yourself, even just by a little bit. Along with your lack of confidence and stress levels. Be happy, keep your head up, accomplish what you can, and for Pete sake, stop looking back on your mistakes so much.

I hope you've had some good times and if you're down. Play some New Horizons (plug). Hopefully, that game is good, a good time waster. Remember when you spent 3500+ hours in New Leaf? Now that, you definitely won't be able to achieve again. Speaking of games, did Nintendo release another Animal Crossing spin-off that received negative criticism? Ha, that reminds me of Pokemon SW/SH a tad, as that came out a few weeks ago. No surprise, you enjoyed it, Shield. Did Pocket Camp receive more monthly subscriptions, and is that app even around anymore?

P.S. Did they ever discover what TMMS was? Ok, I'll stop with the questions.

2019 was a pretty good year in general. I met some new people both on TBT and in real life. Several notable games came out this year like Link's Awakening, Luigi's Mansion 3, and Pokemon Sword/Shield. Hopefully by the time this resurfaces you've completed them all. If not guess you better get on it lol!

There's also lots to look forward to in the near future. Biggest thing being Animal Crossing New Horizons on March 20th 2020. I really hope the game has lived up to all your hopes and dreams. Hard to believe that when I next read this I/you will be well into the game by then. I just know that our island will look super great.

You've come a long way the past five years, so I can only imagine how strong you are now. From where I'm standing, I know this is only the beginning. While I have my sights on something great - a safe, cozy home with my art, etc. - I know that what the future holds is what was meant to be. I know you're smiling hard right now reading this, right? Thinking, "boy what was I thinking?" But right now, it feels right.

I'm excited to meet you, 2024 Tiffany. Do you still go by Honey? Will that be weird five years from now, if it isn't already? Do you still want to be a teacher? Does your brother still drive you insane with his laughter in the next room? You better have lost all that weight after all these changes I've been making or so help me.

Hope everything's alright. Do you still talk with the Arena Bois? I hope you do. I hope you've also found ways to cope with your feelings of sadness and anger that you get sometimes. Have you gotten your own place to live yet? A good job that you like going to? Maybe even a really good close friend? The me right now wants all of these things to happen, hopefully you've had luck with at least one of them!

I'm currently in love with Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd of the Blue Lions from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Have you grown out of that silly phase yet? You probably have, but right now I think I'll love him forever... ahaha.

How's New Horizons by the way? It's been so hyped here on the Bell Tree forums and elsewhere, I hope it was as good as everyone made it out to be. Is your town Fire Emblem-themed? Or have you taken a different approach? Do you have Pietro too? Please tell me you do.

How are you doing? In 2019 you got back into Animal Crossing in a BIG way, buying a new copy of New Leaf to replace your old one that got lost and started making new memories with new villagers in a new town. Fun, right? Are you still playing in 2024? I hope you are, and I hope your new Animal Crossing related project is still going well, too. 10 years ago from this day, you had been in a new city for about a year and were still finishing your second degree. You've finished it now in 2019 and have crossed a couple big career milestones. Have you crossed more, do you still work at the same place?

Remember how painful the wait for New Horizons was? Well, I hope that you are still playing it now, to make up for that feeling of dread you felt when the E3 trailer casually pasted "March 20, 2020" in front of everyone! I hope you have a catalog of well over 2,000 items now, and have all the dreamies you want on your island at this point.

Are you better spiritually, mentally and physically? By the time you're reading this you should be in vet school,almost done even. You're going to help the lives of so many animals and it's going to be great! Speaking of animals, how are your pets? Your dog will be 15 now and your cat 8! Boy how I hope they're still around...they're the best ever ;u;

How's your family? I'm sure you're still with your man. It's been 6 years already so I have no doubts for the future xD How are your parents? Did someone find a cure for cancer? Even if they didn't, I know your mom is still doing fine and being strong.You serve an awesome God and you know stage 4 isn't going to beat her! Your dad is probably right by her side and still telling horrible dad jokes to make us all groan laugh!

I hope you're happy! If you haven't been to Korea or Japan yet, GO! Same with visiting your best friend in Vancouver...GO! Stop procrastinating! What games are you playing? Is there a new eeveelution?
