Control panel

I would like to know about the control panel because when you subscribe it asks if you want CONTROL PANEL ONLY

When you click settings at the top, it brings you to belltreeforums.com/usercp.php, then all of the threads you subscribe to will show up there.
Basically you can view your private messages, change avatar/sig, adjust general forum settings, edit email & password, etc etc..
