Copper or Booker?

I like Copper but I'll end up having Booker because Booker's police station fits the theme of my town better. Copper's is too modern.

I had to go with Booker. He's the one that's SUPPOSED to be inside since the beginning... Of course some people didn't/don't like him. lol I personally didn't like Copper.
