March 17th : Solara

Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Hope everyone had a great day. I had to work all day my long 12 hour day. Was on for a small amount of time in the morning. Leif is here today .

When I finally hit back on tonight Kitt asked if she could come over for a visit. Of course she is always welcome.

I got a gift from her and then we played the high low game and I won .

Kitt was happy when she noticed her photo on the wall.

Kitt wanted a tour of my house so I showed her my kitchen . It’s not done yet. For some reason she thought it was the room I sleep in .

It was a nice visit.
I learned a new DIY from Soleil

Unfortunately Sylvana and Blaire had a fight and Sylvana asked for help giving Blaire a gift.

Blaire accepted the gift and looks like they will be back to being friends.

March 20th : Solara

Last night o finally got Cyrano’s photo. He also taught me a new reaction.

Also last night Eunice talked to Serena about leaving the island for a new adventure. It will be sad to see her go but maybe we will see her again one day.

Sylvana came over today for a visit.

We played a game and had a nice chat

Then went over to say goodbye to Eunice and had a picnic at Harv’s island

I hope she has lots of fun wherever she ends up.
I went over to talk to Ken and he wasn’t feeling well. Went to go get him some medicine.

He should be feeling better tomorrow.

March 21st : Solara

We didn’t have to wait long to see who are new neighbor will be . Today we have a visitor in the campsite.

It took some convincing but we will soon have a new neighbor. Who will be introduced when she arrives. Hint: sheep villager .

If you want to know what else is going on just ask Ken. He let me know that C.J is here today .

I think anytime is a good time for a snack.

March 21st : Solara continued

I finally found C.J took me longer then I thought. He wanted me to catch 3 small fish. I kept finding medium fish but eventually found 3 small fish.

I gave him 3 crawfish for a model .

I also found a new fish

March 27th : Solara

I have been busy lately so haven’t had much time to play. So only giving gifts and checking shops and seeing who is visiting. Vesta is all moved in. The other day Flip asked me to plsy the treasure hunting game first time I was asked on this island.

Flip explained how it worked and off I went in search of the treasure.

It’s a fun game I hope to play again soon.
The prize was a cat nose.
I found Gullivarrr he was in my pirate cove area .

He was happy to have his communicator back. Yesterday we had a villager in the campsite. I was just thinking the other day that it would be nice to see this wolf again. I was him from my old island he here he was in the campsite.

I will reveal which wolf when he moves in.
This means saying goodbye to Ozzie.
Ozzie was the third villager to move on to Crescent and I have loved having him here. I have his Amiibo do can ask him back at sometime.

We had a picnic to celebrate and wish him well wherever he ends up. Good luck on your new adventure.

Later Ken invited me over and we had a nice visit. We played a game and I won.

Soleil I’m not sure furniture is what’s most important.

I probably will only be posting once or twice a week with RL being so busy. Or if there is a holiday or something big like someone moving out or in.

March 28th : Solara

Today we welcome our new neighbor Dobie. It’s great to see him again. I wasn’t going to have any permanent villagers so soon but I think I will make an exception for him and Blaire.

Today is a rainy day . I went inside to change and heard a knock at the door.

It was Sylvana wanting to visit.

We had a quick but nice visit . Playing a game before she left.

After Sylvana left I quickly changed and headed out in the rain to welcome our new neighbor.

Welcome Dobie I hope you enjoy life here.

I wish you good luck with the unpacking.
It ended up raining all day . I found a lost bag and was able to find the owner.

Unfortunately it’s a bit late for the sun to come out Flip. Maybe we will see the sun tomorrow. If only it would rain this much in RL we could really use a good rainy day or two.

April 2nd : Solara

It’s April and that means it’s almost time for bunny day. So eggs are now everywhere. One thing I realized today was my lack of regular trees. I have plenty of fruit and cedar trees but I completely forgot to go back and plant some saplings. So planted 15 saplings today .

Isabelle let me know that we would have shooting stars this evening.

I found this guy walking around the island. He is excited about bunny day. He let me know he will be hiding eggs and DIY recipes around the island.

Zipper gave me a recipe for a bunny wall.
I started finding some eggs.

The other announcement of the day was the upcoming fishing tournament.

I will have to tt a bit to play since the actual time is when I will be at work 9-6.
I learned a new reaction from Ken.

April 3rd : Serena

Yesterday we had a visitor in the campsite. It was nice to see Static. I thought about inviting him and even though he is one of my favorites decided not to. Only because he is already on my other island and I can move him over if I decide to .

We did play a game a few times and I did actually win a few.

It’s almost time for Easter . Finding eggs and getting new DIY’s

I found a lost bad and was able to return it to Dobie.

Ken let me know you can find eggs on mystery islands.

Tex invited me over and we had a nice visit. Played a game. I wish we could play different games with them.

I started cleaning up the entrance to the island in preparation for decorating it with Easter decorations. Have to find some more DIY’s first . I did buy some decorations from Nook’s Cranny and will reveal the new entrance when I finish decorating.

April 4th : Solara

Today C.J is visiting the island. His challenge today was 3 small fish.

I think I will make everyone I bunny day crown once I get more eggs. Haven’t found many water eggs.

Solara: fishing tournament and Easter .

This weekend was so busy in RL and on the island. We had a fishing tournament on Saturday. But since I had to work most of it I only got to be play a few a rounds.

Vesta has a Birthday coming up .

Decorating for Easter. With limited time it took awhile to get eggs. Especially the water eggs. I was able to get enough for each villager to get a bunny day wreath and crown.

Easter : I hope everyone had a great Easter. We didn’t do much such since mom wasn’t feeling well. It took all day to get enough eggs to craft all the items. Luckily for me the villagers helped me out by trading for eggs.

April 16th : Solara

Happy Birthday Vesta .
It is a rainy evening but that won’t stop anyone from enjoying Vesta’s Birthday party

I’m glad she liked her gift.

I try to write in my journal often but sometimes just run out of time or don’t have much to say.

Earlier last week we had a visitor in the campsite. It was Stitches. I tried to invite him to stay. He wanted to ask Ken to switch places but not ready for Ken to leave.

April 18th : Solara

Today is a rainy day on Crescent. It rained all day today. Too bad it won’t rain that much in RL we need a good couple of days of rain. What better way to spend the day then taking a nap and dreaming of @Sophie23 island Hogwarts. If you haven’t already visited I highly recommend that you do . It definitely captures the magic and fun of Hogwarts.

Of course before going to Hogwarts a change of clothes in order .

I will show some of my favorite spots on the island.

I love how the zoo was created. Such a creative way to use the Mama panda bear.

One of my favorite places in Hogwarts is the greenhouses. I thinks that’s because I love plants. I find them calming when my anxiety is high.

April 20th : Solara

Last night Flip decided it was time for home to head off on a new adventure. It will be sad to see him leave. He started this adventure with me and Mira.

I wish you good luck on your move. I also received Blaire’s photo.

I paid off another loan and today have a second floor for my house. I still need to decorate my house.

This morning we said goodbye to Flip and had a picnic over at Harv’s island. Flip said he was going to join the circus. Hope he enjoys himself.

Today we also had a visitor in the campsite. It was Broccolo. I decided to invite him to see if he would accept. I actually got the card game correct on the first try.

Broccolo will move into Flip’s spot.
Today we also had 2 special visitors. Kicks and Celeste are here. I got a new DIY from Celeste.

May 18th : Solara

It’s been awhile since I updated this . We have 3 new neighbors .Broccolo moved in from the campsite.

Not long after he moved in Kitt asked to leave. I wasn’t going to go iss as land hopping for villagers. I did need to get some materials so decided to ask whoever was on the first island. It was Twiggy haven’t seen her since NL. She is now enjoying life on Crescent.

We recently had a campsite visitor Dora. It didn’t take long to convince her to move to Crescent. She moved into Soleil house plot.

Moving in new villagers got me thinking of who I wouldn’t want to leave.I know I wanted to have no permanent villagers so soon but I would hate to have done if then leave. So far I think these villagers will be permanent.

During the week Celeste came for a visit. Cyrano caught a cold. I think he gave it to me as I have had a cold the last few days.

May : Solara

It’s been awhile again since I updated that I didn’t realize the journal board has moved . The longer I put off posting the easier it is not to post .

May had some fun events . The MayDay maze and the Stamp Rally . It was the first time on this island for both events. The maze took two times to get right.

I got Rover’s briefcase and some bell vouchers for completing the maze .
The stamp rally was fun . Going around the museum.

After getting all the stamps for each area you get a plaque for each,

I went to place my plaques and Cyrano came over for a visit.

We also had a campsite visitor that day.

Didn’t end up inviting her.

June : Solara

It’s now June on my Southern Hemisphere island and that means the snow is in its way . We had our first snow day the other day.
I have been working on getting villagers photos and right now only need one from Twiggy .

Broccolo has decided it is time for him to go on an adventure. I wish him the best of luck . He asked Serena about moving and she agreed. Serena made him a vacation home.

I said goodbye and wished him well. Sad to see him leave but excited to see who will fill his plot.

It could be someone that used to live on my main island Serenity. I went other their to get some flowers for my flower farm.
Now that I have a good amount of flowers I decided to redo the flowers . It took some time deciding and digging them and moving them again . Finally decided on this .

It doesn’t have all the flowers because of not enough space. I like how it came out.
Today is also my puppy Aurora’s Birthday. She turns 3 today.

June 10th : Solara

Today we have a visitor in the campsite. I went over first to see if anyone had claimed the open plot left by Broccolo. Yesterday it was still open and today someone was moving in. At first I was disappointed thinking I couldn’t try to ask whoever was in the campsite to live on Crescent. I went over to see who was moving in and it is Shari.

I haven’t had her on either island yet so we will see how she fits in. I raced over to the campsite to find out the camper was someone I have been looking forever for.

Olive . I was so happy when she asked to move in even though Shari was already moving in. I tried a few times but it auto saved when she picked Dobie to switch places with.

Thankfully all was not lost as on my other island Serenity Goldie (who I have her Amiibo) was asking to move out. So in order to get Olive on Crescent Dobie will be moving temporarily to Serenity.

Good luck with the packing . Eventually I will be bringing him back .

That’s my problem too Dobie. Once I get into a book it’s hard to put it down and be productive when all you want to do is find out what happens next in your book.
Once Kaylynne made it back to Serenity Dobie had already left.

That didn’t take long. It will be great to have two new neighbors.

Dobie will be moving in next to Frett on Serenity.

June 12th : Solara

Yesterday was the first day the island was covered with snow. That means snowflakes and snowballs for making snow boys.

Shari moved in yesterday and today Olive is moving in.

I’m trying to figure out how I want to decorate parts of my island . One section might remain empty until I make enough snowboys for the nook miles achievements.
