Feb 5th : Serena

The only thing I did this morning was buy some turnips. I bought 900 hopefully this turns out alright. If not maybe I will give them to villagers if I can’t make a profit. I haven’t bought turnips since I arrived on Crescent. I did pretty well when I was on Serenity.

In the evening I went to leave my house for a nice walk and to my surprise there was a scorpion in front of my house. Luckily for me I was able to catch it.

I went and made everyone some brown sugar pound cake. Then I realized I didn’t have any wrapping paper. For some reason I keep forgetting to buy extra wrapping paper instead of just what I need at the moment. At least I still have some leftover toy day ornaments I can make into wrapping paper.

I was trying to find Flip to give him a gift when Tex came over and taught me a new reaction.

I found Ozzie getting ready for bed.

Victoria was cooking and taught me a recipe. I then gave her some brown sugar pound cake as a thank you.

She then asked me about sharing hobbies. I truly don’t mind sharing my hobbies.

I then remembered I should check my mail before going to bed. I had a few letters in there. Here are two of them.

I never did find Flip. Guess I will try again tomorrow. Goodnight

Feb 6th : Serena

Today Isabelle let us know that Redd was back. His boat was spotted at the back of the island. I will go see him later today.

Our morning turnip price was 116. I thought about selling but decided to wait. Unfortunately our evening price was 79 . Luckily it’s only Monday and plenty of time to see if we get a good price to sell.
I went to see redd in the evening. I bought a famous painting. Not sure if it’s actually real but will use it even if it’s not . The other paintings and statue looked fake to me or had already donated them.

I went to visit Ken and Kitt was there. Kitt thought she was there for a book club . Luckily for Kitt it wasn’t since she hasn’t finished her book.

Cyrano was at home crafting he taught me a new DIY.

I found Flip today he was in his house. I gave him the brown-sugar pound cake I meant to give him yesterday and he gave me his photo. That’s the second photo from Flip.

I was talking with Mira and she said she needed a way to get her motor running and asked for suggestions. I told her exercise would work.

Mira why wait until tomorrow when we can go exercise right now. We went over to R.S for some stretching.

After stretching I talked to Eunice. Her goal right now is to run faster. She went to Ken for advice.

I don’t think it would work for me either. No worries I can help you if you want . We can get faster together.

I definitely wouldn’t advice eating right after a run.

Feb 7th : Solara

Kicks is here for a visit today.

I found a ray and donated it to the museum. Our turnips prices continued to drop both times today. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

I learned a new reaction from Flip.

I got a gift from Kitt for trying to get K.K. Slider to visit.

I’m starting to think they don’t believe I can actually get him to visit the island. I don’t blame them it’s been awhile since I started this project. I haven’t asked Isabelle about our rating mostly because I want all ten villagers before I ask. I also believe I know what she will say. She will probably ask for more trees and flowers. It’s been awhile since we had a camper so maybe tomorrow or maybe tomorrow I will just place the last plot and see what happens.

I really do need to start work on planting flowers so I quickly changed .

Got a new bag from Kicks and got my flower seeds out of storage. I decided to plant some red and yellow pansies near the museum.

Later on I found Cyrano and he was wanting to get to know his neighbors better and asking questions.

He asked about comic books

I still need to plant some more trees. I did plant some mums on Crescent cliff. Now I think I will go off to work on HHP for a bit.

Jan 7th : Solara: work day : getting a promotion

When I got to the office Lottie asked me about what Niko and I talked about before I left for the day. I told her we talked about DIY’s.

Lottie said she ordered a workbench and asked Wardell if he knew when it would arrive.

According to Wardell it will arrive soon.

My first client of the day was Deirdre

She wanted a fall themed house.

When I got back to the office Lottie congratulations me on a good job and gave me a promotion. It comes with a title and a pay raise. So now each vacation home is worth 9,000 Poki.

My new title is Promising Desgner.
Lottie then told me that we can now build a school. Sounds like fun.

We started with the outside of the school.

When we got inside Lottie showed me how to make the rooms bigger.

The classroom has different sections. The right side is for listening to lectures and studying. The left front is for science and art. The back left will be for learning about instrument’s.( when I can place them)

When I got back to the office Lottie said I did a great job. Since it was a bigger job she game me 25,000 Poki. I used some of it get some souvenir chocolates to bring back to the villagers.

Before I left for the day Niko said he had a big idea but wouldn’t say what it is. I wonder what it is he is planning.

Jan 7th : Serena

I started my day by making small changes to the entrance waterfalls . I will probably make a few more changes once I think the design through some more. I added some fencing and some bushes on top of the cliffs. Both sides look the same.

I decided I needed to get some more vines to decorate with. I know I can get some where I work so off I went. As soon as I got there Niko let me know that he had new DIY’s to share with me.

As I went to go get some vines for decorating I was surprised to see my best friend from Serenity. He was here looking for a vacation home . How could I say no . It was nice catching up with Wade.

Wade wanted a house full of clocks.

I didn’t have a lot of options I liked for his outside but will fix it later when I do.

Wade loves ice cream as much as I do so I had to add an ice cream case.

He seemed to like his vacation home. I hope to catch up with him again soon.
When I got back to the office Niko let Lottie know that the venue for the music festival was coming along nicely.

Unfortunately Lottie wasn’t feeling well and had to be taken to the hospital. Hope it’s nothing serious and she feels better soon. I know she is in good hands.

I was discussing what we should do with Niko. We were just about to put a closed for the day sign outside when a client walked in and asked for a vacation home. No worries Niko we got this . Can’t let Lottie down.

I found this to be a hard request. I did my best . Broffina wanted to use all outdoor furniture so I placed those outside.

I was worried about the inside since I made it a reg vacation home without the outside items inside. Broffina seemed to like it. So that’s a relief. When we got back to the office Lottie was already back and feeling better. So glad to have Lottie feeling better. Seems she ate something that didn’t agree with her. Luckily it wasn’t serious.

She congratulated Niko on a job well done.

I got a gift from Lottie.

I decided to end the work day . This way it will give Lottie some more time to rest . Before I leave I will gather some vines that I originally came here for.

Jan 7th :Serena continued

Before I went back home I went to get some vines. There was so much glowing moss it seemed to have doubled. So I grabbed some of that as well. Will figure out later what to make with it.

I got back to the island and added some vines to the entrance. I went and moved my workshop to the left of the farm. The front of the farm will soon have some fruit and veggies stands once I figure out the patterns for the stalls.

I saw Eunice and Victoria having a conversation near R.S. Eunice was telling Victoria about the dream she had last night.

If I could have something besides water come out of my faucet it would be Mountain Dew Spark.

Victoria then taught me a new reaction

Ken fell asleep by the river eating an ice cream.

I decided I wanted to work on a path idea I had. It took some time of designing but I like what it looks like. I got some inspiration from Pinterest.

I still might change it some. Not sure exactly where I will use it. I stopped by Victoria’s house since her light was on. She was cooking.

We enjoyed a cherry smoothie and then she gave me the recipe.

I found Flip deep in thought near the entrance. I was worried he was thinking of leaving. Trying to get everyone to stay until after the K.K. Slider concert. Thankfully he just wanted to buy my compact kitchen. I would have given it to him for free.

I’m off to think of designs for my fruit and veggie stands. Hope everyone has a great night.

Feb 8th : Solara

Today we have Label visiting the island. I went and checked Nook’s Cranny for the turnip price . It was 117 so I went and got my turnips to sell.

I decided to sell this morning just in case it was a lower price this evening. I did make a profit and that’s all I wanted .
This evening I went to see Label. She wanted an outdoorsy look. She gave me a camo tee . She said she would send tailors tickets in the mail. Not sure if it is exactly what she was looking for. Probably should have used a different hat.

I like talking to Cyrano you never know what he is going to say. He often forgets what he is talking about halfway through.

Like me he doesn’t always remember what day it is.

Not really sure what he’s talking about and neither is he.

I went and talked to Ken. He liked my outfit and gave me a new cycling cap.

Today was a busy work day so not much time to be on my island. Unfortunately morning comes early. Hope everyone has a great night.

Feb 9th : Solara

Today Leif was visiting. I bought Pansy seeds from him. Nook’s Cranny finally had cosmos seeds.

I planted more red and yellow Pansy seeds near the museum. White Pansy seeds in the park. I placed fencing around the farm and some cosmos seeds .

I wasn’t sure what color fence to use . I think i will probably change it to white.
I found a lost book that belonged to Tex.

I tried to take a picture of Ozzie sleeping in the farm but he woke up.

Kitt was crafting today

Flip invited me over. We had a nice visit. I lost the card game. Flip gave me his photo before I left .

Feb 9th : Serena

Today was a good day to plant trees. I started work on the trees for Crescent cliff. Let’s see how many actually grow.

I ordered a few different plants for areas I don’t think trees will grow. Not sure which ones I will use yet. Will see when they get delivered.
It was also a good day for fossils.

I should really look to see which ones I still need.

It was for a lily wand . Will have to let Solara know that Celeste is here. It’s kinda weird we haven’t seen a camper in awhile . Maybe tomorrow we will finally have another camper.

Feb 11th : Solara

The other day before I went to sleep Serena had let me know that she had seen Celeste on the island. I went to see her and she taught me a new DIY.

Yesterday was so very busy with a 12hour work day . I did help Gullivarrr find his communicator, learned a new reaction. I also got Tex’s photo.

Today we finally have a visitor in the campsite. So I went over and got a house plot from Nook. Placed the plot then went over to see who was visiting.

Nook let me know that this was the last house plot I can place. That’s too bad as I could think of at least three more places I would love to have placed plots.

Tomorrow I will reveal who our 10th and final villager is . Hint it is a normal villager. I know we now have 3 normal villagers on the island but she is so cute and perfect for Crescent. (Not Ione but I will try and get Ione at some point to move to Crescent) After she moves in and is settled I will check with Isabelle about our star rating.

I heard that Serena was looking for wood for a project so I took my nook mile ticket and went off to try and find some. It was an island with a good amount of apples. Those will make nice gifts for villagers. I left the wood I collected at the airport for Serena.

I found a fossil on this island. When I brought it back to Blathers to check . It completed a dinosaur.

I found Ken in the fossil section he seems to spend a good amount of time here.

Feb 11th : Serena

Today I decided I wanted to try and work on some designs. I also was going to work on my empty living room. There still isn’t much in there. I was about to when there was a knock on the door.

Tex came over for a nice visit.

I was definitely surprised to see you . We played a game and I won.

He didn’t stay too long but it was nice to see him.

I added a desk and some plants to my living room. This will be a slow work in progress as I decide how to decorate. I sat at my desk with my tablet working on some design ideas.

I started with the honey stand first . I got my inspiration from Pinterest.

I don’t think it turned out to bad.
I started work on a fruit stand. Thanks to some wood from Solara I made some more stands.

I still need to work on the signs for the veggie stand and plan it out a bit more.
It’s too bad we don’t actually have strawberries and blueberries.
Most of my time was trying to design signs . Maybe tomorrow will be more productive. Goodnight

Feb 12th : Solara

Today is the day we welcome our new neighbor. Welcome to Crescent Sylvana.

I went over to see her right away. Hopefully she likes it here.

I really would get more done if I didn’t read so much.
I went to try and find Daisy Mae. It took so long and I didn’t have too much time so I sent Serena to see if she could find her. When Serena finally found her she found out the price of turnips this morning was 106. More then I wanted to spend . Maybe text week the price will be better. This evening Eunice came over for a visit.

We had a nice visit . Eunice even brought over a gift.

We played a card game and I won.

Later on I found Eunice out for a walk. She asked me what book I would read on a deserted island. I told her a comedy.

I found Victoria she needed a favor. Victoria told me she had a fight with Tex and needed help making up.

I told her not to worry about it . I went to see Tex and he was cooking. Unfortunately I still can’t learn cooking so I couldn’t deliver the gift. It makes no sense he can’t stop cooking for just a minute do I can give him Victoria’s gift. I can’t wait until I can finally learn cooking so I ca. go back to gifting villagers without worry .

Feb 13th : Solara

Isabelle announced that the bug off will be this weekend.

Unfortunately I didn’t have much time this morning so wanted to make sure I got a few things done. I was finally able to deliver that package to Tex this morning since I couldn’t yesterday.

I’m not entirely sure that’s the right look for you. Maybe if it was a different color.
It’s the thought that counts and now they are friends again.
I sent my villagers Valentine’s Day cards with heart shaped flower bouquets. Tomorrow I will give them all heart shaped chocolates.
The last thing I wanted to do before I left for work was talk to Isabelle about setting up a time in the evening to I talk about our island evaluation.

She said anytime the evening of time with her. As I left R.S Sylvana came over and taught me a new reaction.

This evening before I went to talk to Isabelle I had a nice walk around the island. I wanted to pick up any materials that got left out. Also make sure there were not any other items and tree branches around. On my walk I found Flick. I asked him to make me a model.

I sold him some bugs. He then asked if I was planning on competing in the bug off. I told hIm I might compete in a round or two.

Feb 13th ; Solara

After having a nice chat with Flick I went over to see Isabelle at R.S. She explained how the island evaluation works.

To my surprise we didn’t just get 3 stars we reached 5 stars . How amazing is that . I was expecting Isabelle to say we needed more flowers or trees or something . I know we have more work to do in the island.

Isabelle read out loud one of the reviews for our island.

Isabelle was shocked when Nook realized the review was from K.K. Slider.

Somehow Nook had K.K Slider’s phone number and gave him a call to invite him to our island.

We finally achieved our goal of getting K.K Slider to visit.

I can’t wait for the concert. This is so exciting. I was shocked about our 5 stars so asked again about our rating. Isabelle told me about another review we had gotten.

This must be a review from C.J. Isabelle then gave me the gift of a DIY for a Golden watering can. I wonder if it helps get more hybrid flowers.

Feb 13th : Serena

As I walked out of my house the first thing a saw was a shooting star.

There were a few but not too many . I didn’t see Celeste anywhere on the island. Maybe she will visit another day. Solara let me know about our exciting 5 star island and that Flick was here. I found Flick on the way to R.S.

We talked about the Atlas moth before I went on my way.

I spotted Ozzie on the way to R.S . He was very upset about wind chimes. Not really sure what set him off.

I hope you get your snack and it helps you feel better.
I stopped by the airport to mail Valentine’s cards with a gift to the villagers.
I went and got my DIY for the Golden watering can.

Isabelle let me know of a review we got . I am sure it was from Flick with its bug talk.

I went over to visit with Cyrano and Kitt was visiting.

I have been thinking of what to do with this spot and now that we have Sylvana living here I think I finally have an idea.

I think I will make it into a flower shop and garden. I wonder what Sylvana will think of having her yard be a flower shop. There are hybrids I’m trying to get more of and with the empty space it might make it easier. I think this will be my project for tomorrow. For now it’s time for bed goodnight

Feb 14th : Solara

Happy Valentine’s Day . I hope everyone has a great day . Today is also the day K.K. Slider comes to Crescent for a concert. Everyone on the island is so very excited.

Everyone is meeting at R.S. To listen to K.K. Slider. It will be a great show.

Our island Dream was for you K.K. Slider to come visit us.

His concert was fantastic. Almost everyone was there for it. I wonder why Sable , Mabel , Orville and Wilbur missed the concert.

After the concert Nook met me at my house. He asked if I enjoyed the concert. How could you not. He also gave me a copy of the song K.K. Sang. Nook said that from now on K.K will come and give a concert on Saturday nights.

He then told me about an app he had invented. It’s the same one Serena already has. So excited to start using it.

He let me know I will have to buy construction permits to use with the app. It’s a good thing I have been saving my nook miles just for this.
I went off to R.S to get some permits . I was thankfully about to get them all.

I used the waterscape to adder some more stepping stones to where I can’t place a bridge.

I used cliff construction to add to the cliff near Victoria’s house to give it more of a curve.

Serena was working on the flower shop/farm . So I used my new paths to try and make s heart shaped path to it.

I did add a new bridge to the area behind R.S. The bridge will make getting to the museum easier. Now we just have to pay for it.

Feb : 14th : Solara continued: Valentine’s Day gift exchange

I sent all my villagers Valentine’s cards yesterday and they sent me cards as well. Today I gave almost everyone chocolate hearts as their gift of the day. Unfortunately Sylvana is still too new to give gifts to and Eunice was cooking . (It would be nice if I could still have given her a gift even though I can’t cook yet). I had to send them their chocolate hearts in the mail.

I even got a card and gift from Isabelle. It’s too bad I couldn’t send her a card as well as Sable, Mabel, Nook, Timmy, Tommy, Orville, and Wilbur. Isabelle sent me a pink heart shaped bouquet.

I went over to see Mira and give her a chocolate heart. She had sent me a chocolate heart in the mail.

When I gave her the chocolate heart she gave me a school uniform.

Next up was Flip. He sent me a chocolate heart in the mail.

When I gave him a chocolate heart he gave me a bath towel.

As you can see Cyrano was visiting Flip so I gave him his chocolate heart next. Cyrano had sent me a white heart shaped bouquet in the mail.

He gave me a earbuds combo shirt in return for the chocolate heart .

I went to go find Victoria next . Victoria sent me a chocolate heart in the mail.

When I gave her the chocolate heart she gave me book stands

. She knows my love of reading.

I found Kitt next . Kitt had sent a yellow heart shaped bouquet in the mail.

For giving Kitt a chocolate heart she gave me a pajama dress.

Now it’s off to find Tex. Tex had sent me a red heart shaped bouquet.

Tex gave me denim overalls in exchange for the chocolate heart.

Off to see Ken. Ken has sent me a red heart shaped bouquet.

Ken gave me a bathrobe when I gave him a chocolate heart.

I did get a nice card and yellow heart bouquet from Eunice. Too bad she was too busy cooking to accept my chocolate heart.

It was a great day exchanging Valentines with my friends.

Feb : 14th : Serena

Today is Valentine’s Day and also the K.K. Slider concert. What a fun day. I’m also going to work on the flower farm and hand out Valentines Chocolate hearts to the villagers.

The concert was held at R.S and almost everyone made it.

It was a great concert and right after Nook gave me a copy of the song. He said K.K. Slider would be back on Saturdays.

Tex was trying to promote his movie idea and get Flip to agree to be in it. Flip got a bit confused not realizing Tex was talking about a movie. He wanted Flip to play the coach and he would play the retired Basketball star. They couldn’t agree who should play what role.

They asked my opinion and I went with Flip being the coach. I don’t really think Flip liked that idea. Especially finding out Tex had no idea what basketball was.

He didn’t seem to be getting anywhere with Flip do he decided to talk to Mira about his movie instead.

Mira didn’t really like the idea of bringing a film crew here to Crescent.

They then asked my opinion and said why not . Tex told Mira she would make a great extra and Mira didn’t see to like that .

Maybe Tex will have better luck if he talked to Ken. I’m now on my way to start work on the flower shop/farm area.

Feb 14th continued: Serena

I worked on the flower shop area for awhile . I changed my mind a few times of how I was going to set it up. How I wanted to planted the flowers. I think it turned out pretty good. Now hopefully we can start growing some more hybrids.

I’m thinking of adding a small beach cafe in front of the flower farm at some point. I still need to work of the fruit and veggies stalls. I did start to add a small beach gym.

Still a work in progress but it’s a start.
I eventually found all the villagers to give out my Valentine’s Day gifts . They seemed pretty excited about getting chocolate hearts. I had also received Valentine’s Day cards in the mail. I had sent mine out yesterday.

Feb 15th : Solara

Today was an exciting day . So many announcements today . The first announcement of the day was about island ordinances. I get to choose which one would work best for everyone.

The next announcement was that we now have boat tours to go on . They are similar to mystery islands.

Isabelle’s last announcement is that Festivale will be on the 20th . That sounds like do much fun.

I got a letter about new items in the Nook shop. I also got a letter from Harvey asked me to stop by . That will have to wait until tomorrow when I have more time.
