Great improvement!
The only thing I would critique on is the weird bumps coming outta the heads and legs? looks a bit awkward
Otherwise, keep up the great work!! I love these type of threads, it's nice to see artist evolving!

Here's a tip: If you have trouble drawing perfect circles then before starting your commissions just draw tonnes of circled over and over again without lifting your pencil/pen off the paper. Try to make one big perfectly round circle.

I like the hard pencil outline more.
The eyes look perfect now!! Clothes & proportions also much better *~*
The chibi faces look very good, I don't have anything to criticize!
The colored pencil style looks kinda really cute, I like this style the most. The other coloring styles look a bit "cartoonish".
This is nothing bad! But I don't like this coloring style so much, but it's only me, trust me. I really have weird tastes! DX
About Mileh, her face is kinda akward, I can't really tell why. Maybe because of the shape of the face or the eyes.

Wow! What an improvement. I love the new pose! Milah is so cute and awesome. And I think the eyes look adorable! As far as pencil outline, I feel like that's a preference that will just vary person to person, and I judgement you'll have to make whether which is appropriate for which drawing. Like the soft pencil outline is more obvious and expressive, giving the something extra, specifically an innocent, childlike feeling. You have to decide if you want the line to speak in your drawing or the color or the eyes, ect. That's just your creativity that must come through. This is all my opinion lol. And the eyes look great. You can flip your drawing upside to look at the balance if you want.

Note: ik the pose is awkward I was just taking what I need to improve one step at a time and I focused slot on the head and face ^.^
Also let me know if the coloring is okay. I do realize my style comes out a lot cartoon-y and it just happens I don't even try it just happens LOL

OMG, the improvement is amazing! I love the watermelon outfit! The legs could use some work, though. Your Oc Milah and the mayor in your signature both look very cute! Your coloring is pretty good, actually! I would work on adding more brightness to highlights in different areas, like hair. Try different syles of highlights, too (blobs, rectanges, sparkles)! Great improvement! Keep it up! <33

I'm so glad I can help you! n_n I suggest switching hues for shading (for example, if you have a blue base, you could do purplish blue shading or greenish blue shading); it makes a drawing very lively! I love seeing your work! It's amazing! <3

Multiply helps, but gray/black shading usually makes a drawing look dull. Just look for tips on shading and color theory; it'll help a lot! I need to work on adding to contrast to colors myself!
