Crossgate (Roleplay)

"Down with the Queen!" I chant, in attempt to rally a crowd.

 

[cannedcommunism]

Some of the crowd starts to join in, eventually creating a large mob. I look the governor straight in the eyes. "This is the majority that you pay no attention to. Do something."
"My allegiance is only to the queen. I only follow her rule."
"OK, thank you Governor."
The governor leaves, and I wait for the next testimonial.

I wait as the trial continues and look over at Minerva. I flash her thumbs up and a smirk, mouthing the words, 'nice one Mindy'.

I roll my eyes at what Levy mouths, and turn to the judge.
"Now we welcome our next guest: Ms. Nelson's mother, Sandra Nelson-"
"What? That's impossible! You killed my mother so many years ago!"

 

[CommanderLeahShepard]

(Is that Anakin? And such hate for Levy. )
I sit shocked, watching how this will play out.

 

[cannedcommunism]

I see the woman that comes in and see that it is clearly an impostor. "This is a setup! She's not my mother!"
"No, that's her, alright. She's your mother, right, Sandra?"
The woman nods. "My mother had blue eyes! This one has green!" I shout.

"Why are they doing this?" I mutter to myself as I watch the trial, eating crisps.

 

[cannedcommunism]

"Yes this is-"
"I already know this isn't! Don't try and trick me!" I shout at the judge, and smack the impostor.
"Don't smack your mother!"
"SHE'S NOT MY MOTHER!" I snap, simultaneously knocking the woman's wig off of her head.

"Knock the ***** out!" I shout in an outburst, jumping on my seat.

 

[cannedcommunism]

"I think that's enough. Take her out of the courtroom."
The impostor is dragged out, and I sigh in relief.

I sit down and play with my empty packet of crisps, watching.

/sniffs gasoline tank

"OK, now may the jury cast their votes?"

Each of the jury writes down either guilty or innocent, and the possible sentence. I wait silently.

I sit anxiously, waiting for the results, tracing my fingers over my guns nervously incase this goes bad.

The judge reads each ballot. I sit anxiously in the chair.
"I hereby declare Mindy "Minerva" Nelson guilty as charged. She will be executed tomorrow."
I sit and grin, having my plan of escape working perfectly.

I walk into the courtroom late, having missed most of the trial, and am just sitting down beside Levy when the verdict is read out. "Levy, we've gotta do something," I whisper.

I planed on whipping out guns and shooting up the entire place and help Minerva break out, but she is smirking so I assume she has another plan in mind.

"Levy, we have to help her," I say again. "We can't just let her be executed!"

I shake my head. "Not yet. I think she has somthing planned." I say then play with the gun in my hand. "Don't worry, I won't let anything bad happen." I say with a cocky smirk.
