Currently Playing?

Mario party Jamboree! I've played 2 rounds of comp online (rainbow castle and wigglers map), and got 2nd in both. I've played quite a bit of bowsers kaboom squad online and think it's quite fun. Looking forward to trying out the other boards and modes.

Currently playing Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, and Wuthering Waves daily still. On the side I've still got to finish that Pokemon Insurgence Soul Link Randomizer Nuzlocke with my friend, but now I've also got a Pokemon Violet Wonderlocke going as well.

3 games.

I know no one’s going to read this, but Sonic Advance 2! I thought they would improve some of the issues of the first game here, but in a lot of ways it’s worse. The stage design is 3x worse than that game and (very very very deep) bottomless pits and off screen enemies are everywhere, making the game feel harder than the first one but not for good reasons. The last two zones of the first game were like this, which was really annoying, but now it’s pretty much every zone. And while the special stages are actually good this time, the requirements to access them are not only evil (basically there’s 7 special rings in every stage that you have to find all in one run, but if you die you lose all of them. There’s also no indication as to where they even are, so it’s easy to get forced onto a path where it’s impossible to get one of them), but if you want to 100% the game, which I’m doing, you have to do it five times (you have to get them all as Sonic, Cream, Tails, and Knuckles to unlock Amy for some reason, and then again as Amy), and they still made it that only Sonic can go super and it’s still locked to the final boss. It’s not a skill issue, some parts of the game are just genuinely poorly designed. Other than that it’s mostly better and it’s still a good game, but I think those two aspects made some parts of the game, like Sky Canyon and beyond and most bosses (Sky Canyon’s boss in particular has a really dumb one hit kill attack and it sucks so much, and Egg Utopia’s boss is also bad because the game doesn’t tell you about a feature that is necessary to win the fight), just not fun for me even with save states (I just used them whenever I did something I’d rather not have to redo, like getting into a special stage), at least as Sonic. Overall I think this game might be slightly better than the first one, but I’d rather 100% the first game again 6 times than this one once. I have no idea why I make sure to 100% every game I play but I’m not going to give up now.

Second, I got Sonic x Shadow Generations on my Xbox. I tried to have restraint yesterday so I only played up to unlocking Sky Sanctuary and beat Space Colony ARK as Shadow for but I love it! I haven’t played the original Generations so I’m so happy I can now. The only real things I would change are make the story rewrite change more than just a few personality traits, and also, I wish they added some bonus zones as DLC, or maybe the ones exclusive to the 3DS version or at least made S ranks harder to get. Besides that it’s great.

And finally, I started playing Super Mario Bros. Wonder a while ago. I’ve had this game since last December but for some reason never wanted to play it even though it’s a Mario game, so I’m playing it now.

Picking up where I left off in Luigi's Mansion 3. I'm gonna try to pick up where I left off in so many other games as well...too many are uncompleted.

Rise of the Tomb Raider. I forgot how fun these games are, don't think I ever made it to the third installment though.

Alright I am still playing Honkai Star Rail, Wuthering Waves and Genshin Impact daily because I need those currencies so I am able to make wishes or pull for characters I want. I admit sometimes I feel burnt out but once I complete the BP for all games I kind of take it easy! Also auto-battle on HSR makes the game feel less tedious. I have fallen back into playing Candy Crush I do not recommend because its so addicting and annoying. I'm also playing Hogwarts Legacy again, I've changed the difficulty to easy mode but may change it to story mode so it's not as hard and I can just enjoy the game without any difficulty.. and I am playing the new Zelda game here and there. I just want to get through a lot of the games now since I have such a huge backlog.

Finished playing Skyward Sword and now started a new adventure in Pokémon White. I specifically waited until November so that the season in-game begins on Autumn, and my starter this time is Tepig 🐷🔥

Sonic x Shadow Generations! i never had a chance to play the original Sonic Generations so i'm glad i was finally able to <3 i was so excited every time a familiar stage (most of them) showed up and even ended up humming along while i play 💙

i don't think this is considered a spoiler but i'll hide it just in case!
SA2B was my first video game, i was so happy to visit City Escape again ;v; but the GUN truck was out for blood it did not have those weapons before lol

Replaying Super Castlevania IV once more. At the moment I find myself on Stage 11, which for me is the most frustrating, tedious part of the game since I typically die a whole bunch here (one single misstep on the collapsing stairways and you have to seppuku.... either that or wait for the big saw wheel to tear you to shreds).

Still concentrating on Echoes of Wisdom. Just cleared Faron Temple and now exploring Hyrule right now. I unlocked the Mechas and currently only have the Technite. I also closed the Rift around the Sanctuary.

now that the stardew valley update is finally out on switch, i've started a new save file for it! currently balancing a lot of uni work but i've sunk a couple hours in so far

Most recently played through Baba is You, which was good for the first couple worlds, but quickly got too hard for me.

Now playing through Monster Hunter: World, before Wilds comes out. I'm really enjoying it so far, didn't think I would actually like it as much as I do.

i just started legend of zelda: ocarina of time last night. never got to play zelda games as a kid so I'm starting now.
I've also been playing these:
pokemon brilliant diamond
pokemon legends
ACNL
zelda minish cap
breath of the wild
stardew valley
tetris

I pretty much bounce between games

Fae Farm!

I'm really enjoying it c: It's a ton of fun! My therapist asked me a few weeks ago if I've ever played it. I told him no but I've wanted to for a while. I eventually took the plunge and bought it xD I'm excited to tell him about it!
