i would love new content in the form of expansion packs or even DLC packs of content like we see in other Nintendo games. ESPECIALLY if it’s collaboration items. i have Sanrio cards and i hope they make more content from that brand!

like others have mentioned, I'd look forward to an expansion pack in the future for sure, but there is no way in hell I that i wanna see micro-transactions or fortune cookies like the ones in PC in NH

I've generally been happy with the DLC in Nintendo games recently so I have no concerns about whatever they offer for Animal Crossing. Oh, at all.

I'm not too concerned about it being like pocket camp, but I double down on what others are saying about having a real money currency system. I am fine with some one time purchase DLC, but seeing leaf tickets again would be the worst.

Currencies in-game that can be purchased for limited time objects are exactly where the problem with microtransactions begin, and that is not a rabbithole that we want Animal Crossing or any game ever to go down, period. Not in any capacity - limited or not. We don't want to open the doors to Pocket Camp-like limited RNG microtransactions. Remember, Pocket Camp started out pretty innocuous, with very little limited time content hidden behind Leaf tickets, but that changed over time and now here we are with full-blown lootboxes.

I'm getting a strong PC vibe. I dislike PC due to all the microtranactions and the un animal crossing feel as you can buy progress.
