Just using textures isn't gonna brick your Wii. All you're doing is using a code to swap the textures in the game with textures on your SD card. Not much to it.

This hacking isn't really bad hacking from my viewpoint. Now, hacking pokemon games to get rare pokemon is bad hacking.

Yes it is, it corrupts the demand and supply effect of pokemonn.And what about all those people who worked hard to get the perfect IV and EV trained pokemon while Horus is oer there hacking Pokemon....

Do you what the chance of getting a perfectly IVed pokemon is? It's in the tens of thousands. EVERYONE is competitive battling uses RNG or legal hacks. There's no way around it.

As for the people who IV breed and EV train the legal way, you simply can't get a good Celebi in-game. It's impossible. And Celebi is one of the best physical walls in OU.

You don't breed to get EVs. You breed for IVs.

Pokemon is about skill and prediction, not about who's Lucario has a higher speed stat.

They're legit hacks; hacks within the limits of the game. All normal in-game rules apply, like the EV limit.
