I awkwardly pick myself up, and dust off my pants.

I awkwardly stare at everyone crowding around me. "W-well, I might have slept in when we were leaving for this trip..." I nibble my bottom lip. "I ran after you, but then there was a beast! I thought it'd be best to stay back and sharpen my throwing knives while I could."

I look around nervously, and shrink towards the back of the group.

Moving foward, I rested my hand on Cordelia's shoulder. "Well, I'm just glad you're back. We could use another ally again."
