Hello, readers! I wasn't initially going to put up a post today, considering not much happened in town. But I figured what I can say today is less to say tomorrow, so I can cover what DID happen.

Starting out of my house today, I noticed that Whitney was in her house next door. I stopped in to check up on her, and she asked me if I would catch a river fish for her. I agreed to do so, and headed back into my house to grab my fishing rod. Starting up through the forest on patrol, I scaled the river and went for the first shadow I saw. It was a pale chub that I thought would suit Whitney nicely. She thanked me with a Denim Jacket, and I was curious as to whether she would display it in her room so I went out and back in. She hadn't set it out anywhere, but maybe that will change. It would be nice if she put it in place of her Giant Dharma.

Resuming my walk through town, I came upon Chief, Fang, and Buck all walking around in the same area north of the brick bridge. Fang called out to me, so he was the first one I spoke to. He told me I was the winner of his Bright Tee, which I was very happy to mark off of my catalog for the first time. I spoke to Chief next before he got away, and he invited me over to his place later. But since he wanted to set a time, I had to decline since I knew I wouldn't be able to make the appointment. Next time, Chiefers!

Buck had disappeared by this point so I vowed to find him after the whole town had been searched. Before long I came to Becky's house -- her moving day has finally arrived. I entered and bade her a final farewell; I will not miss her one bit.

Though she was always stirring up contentions with my friends, I have to admit that she was always fairly polite to me. Not to mention, she put her house in the most lovely spot of anyone ever. Regardless, I will not miss her one bit.

Outside of the Queen's castle I found Deirdre. She said she'd been dreaming about visiting my house ever since Buck told her about it. That was actually entirely believable, considering Buck was just over for a visit yesterday. But she wanted to set a time I couldn't make, and it wouldn't be fair to Chief for me to go out of my way to visit with her and not him. Chief would absolutely be my first choice, anyway.

After finishing my walk and making my way towards Main Street, I found Buck by the Station. He wanted something new for his room and I told him I would get him anything from the stores if it stood out to me today.

At T&T, I got two new fortunes. #25 was first -- "The future is a mystery that may hold great treasures for you." And #47 was second -- "Wise men say the brain is a terrible thing to waste." I couldn't assume what the prizes for either would be, so the element of surprise was there. Tommy rewarded me with a ? Block and a Metroid, the ? Block being the only new item to me.

I didn't find anything for Buck, nor anything for any developments to the Red Queen's Castle. And that's all for this mediocre Sunday in Storrs. I hope everyone is having a good weekend, and I should be back tomorrow with more news!

I'm glad to see you got rid of the thorn in your side that is Becky! Now if only a certain thorn in MY town would leave, too... :/
