Good evening, everybody! It's been a very busy weekend for me and I've been much too tired to blog. I still am, but I'm hoping to get a fresh start tomorrow. Anyhow, here's what's happened in Storrs over the past few days.
Day 529
It was late when I played on Friday, so I didn't have much to do besides just make my regular rounds of the town. Fang gave me his Fan Palm and I put it up in Re-Tail to give back to him later, and I got Melba to buy her Minimalist Dresser that I likewise had for sale. I also got a nice night picture of the Stadium Light I put in with the completed project below.

It was the perfect addition to my university half of town, and I'm glad it turned out as well as I'd hoped! And it wasn't too hard to make myself, either. I might add some more details to it later, but for now I think it works just fine.
Day 530
Yesterday was the last Bug-Off of the season. I managed to catch a Birdwing Butterfly which I turned into Nat and netted (netted!) 109 points with.

I was rewarded with a Mini Butterfly Table for breaking the current standing record, so that was cool. Felicity told me that Fang had caught a cold, and I made sure to check on him and give him a dose of medicine. Unfortunately I didn't come back until after nine o'clock, so I missed the award ceremony. Nat said that he would mail out the awards to the winners.
Day 531
As promised, I had a letter from Nat containing my first place trophy. I thought it was pretty cool, since I'd never gotten a letter for having missed an awards ceremony before. I did my usual daily routine, made a delivery to Buck from Deirdre, and went over to Felicity's house to hang out with her.

Buck told me that Chief was toying with the idea of moving (or he likes toys that move, Buck couldn't remember), but Chief never told me anything of the sort, so maybe he will tomorrow and I can dissuade him. I also checked the bulletin board to see which of my friends took second and third place in yesterday's event.

And that's it for my post today. If all goes according to plan, I'll be back with a proper one-day post tomorrow!
