Yes, I feel like having a chunk at once means you can get more done and also not feeling bad about going back to work so soon. I don't want to have to think about heading back to work after every day off!
Generally I like my days off spread out because when I worked it was always work 5 days. I would like my days off in a row only if I could have longer work shifts and have an additional day off.
my opinion kind of varies week to week depending on my mood lol. when it comes to uni now, i like having two days off in a row because it gives me a lot of time to settle myself and be on my own schedule before having a day of lectures etc. over summer when i had my actual job, i liked having consecutive days off but it was also quite nice to have one day of work sandwiched in between two days off, because it meant i had a free day and then the knowledge i only had to do one day of work before i was off again
I’d rather have consecutive days off, because I feel like your final day off is always spent preparing for the next day. But I’ve never had a job so this only applies to my experience with school
I work regular hours and I definitely prefer them being consecutive. It makes it easier to plan little trips. I do hate working regular hours tho. I wish my days off were like on Monday/Tuesday so I could schedule doctors appointments easier, and stores wouldn’t be as crowded when I went.
Consecutive days means I can plan for day trips and not have to worry about getting back too late. My job is physically demanding, so I usually feel too tired to do activities after work. However, it is really nice to have a break day in the middle of the work week. I wish national holidays were observed on Wednesdays instead of Mondays lol.
I like to split my days off . I usually have Saturdays and Tuesdays off and a half day on Thursday. I like it that way. It gives me a day off on the weekend and a day during the week to get things done ,
If I was working such a job then yes, I would want the days consecutive. During off days I would want to get things done such as doctor appointments or other such things that take a lot of time or need to be scheduled.
My job is very demanding and the days are long. I prefer my days off to be consecutive, since I like (and need) the extra time to recharge. Though as long as I have ar least one day off in between work days, I'm happy. Right now I'm at every other day and weekends off. It's been working nicely
I've always preferred having my days off be consecutive, as I've found it harder to be able to relax on a single day off if I have to worry about going back to work the next day. My former job was a Monday-to-Friday job, so I had the weekend off, but if any statutory holidays happened during the middle of the week, I'd either work during that day and take Friday off, or use a vacation day to extend my time off.
