I'm new to the Bunny Day event so I can't comment on last year but I do remember reading reviews from others saying how annoying it was when it came to amount of eggs that were hidden on your islands. So when it came to seeing Zipper the other day I was dubious about Bunny Day thinking it would be a repeat of last year with it leading to me hating the holiday. However so far I've enjoyed it, although my egg ratio seems to somewhat unbalanced a I have more leaf and earth eggs than I can count and catching water and sky eggs has been few and far between. Overall though I've loved some of themed DIY's like the balloons as well as what Nook's have been selling with the Easter egg trees, planters and signage, it looks gorgeous alongside the Cherry Blossom Festival which I wish would last longer than 10 days.

I'd just like to add on from yesterday that my egg ratio actually switched when playing Bunny Day yesterday afternoon. I ended up with way more water and sky eggs than wood, stone and earth. In the end I had to travel to mystery islands to hunt for more eggs so I could complete all the DIY's which I managed to do. All in all it was a fun themed day although I was disappointed that the Easter string lights were for indoor wall use only (unless I've missed the mark with that one) as I'd love to have some more themed outdoor lighting alongside the Easter egg light made out of wood eggs. Still an enjoyable event that got me in the Easter mood that I hope will continue on with the next big themed event in the coming weeks/months.

Events have always been exact copies every year in past ac games. At least we got new items this year for an event, that’s never happened in the past. I’m hoping they add more items for the other holidays this year especially Halloween.

I mostly just decorated my house with the new decorative items I didn't collect eggs or anything as I played last year.

I gave it an 8, since I was happy that there wasn't much left for me to do since I had all the DIYs! I got the bunny egg basket and left it at that. Although I don't know, but Zipper was a little rude to afterwards despite never talking to him from behind this year (only did that last year). Did he hold a grudge or something? Or was he just annoyed once you were done?


Either way, I found it funny lol.

I gave bunny day an 8/10. I liked that it was shorter also liked it was a week. I played bunny day last year with my main Island so already had the DIY’s there. It was the first time for my second island and I didn’t get all the DIY’s because of lack of time. Most of the DIY’s I did get I got yesterday. It was giving more recipes then Sky eggs. I will be replaying it in my day off. I loved that they added new items to nook’s cranny and that you could buy as many as you want. It is nice they are also in the catalog so I can order them if I want more.

The fact that Bunny Day didn't last a whole month was far better. The event was the same though otherwise, but I did really like the new items!

I absolutely hate this event. wish there was another way to get eggs instead of getting them the same way you gather resources.

I really liked it. There is actually a certain charm to everyone going "oooh god bunny day again".

While the items don't fit my italian cliffside village vibe, they are fun to use just as a few days season takeover. This is something I like doing, having events in the calendar where we can decorate our islands, as opposed to renovate and share with the community and friends on discord.

I'm also really happy we might get expanded events each year with some more items added, makes me interested to see what is coming up

I feel like the only problem with Bunny Day 2020 was timing, with cherry blossom and the hunt for materials. I got the game late april so I didn't play it, but the whole vibe given by other players was terrible. I did the event this year and right now I don't really need materials or DIYs anymore so I'm happy to get eggs. Back in 2020 I imagine it would be a whole other story, so I 100% understand those who trashed the event. But... the event itself is not bad and it gives you something to do, which I appreciate atm
