Does anyone else here like Dhar Mann? I like his videos a lot!

I created this thread as I didn't see any threads about him already, haha.

I’ve watched a lot of his videos, but I can’t say I’m a fan. I think some of what he portrays in his videos isn’t completely accurate, and isn’t what happens on a daily basis. I think some of the content is exaggerated. His videos show a negative view on the world, but I don’t think that people in his videos are as bad as they are portrayed in his videos. Some of his videos are entertaining, but I wouldn’t take them seriously.

Dhar mann's videos are a total guilty pleasure of mine but for reasons to laugh at them. Like croconaw said they don't reflect reality and should never be taken at face value or as life advice

Most of the stories are largely harmless but one stuck out to me, this guy's gf had a "male best friend" so the solution was to get jealous and make her emotionally manipulate him into confessing his feelings so the bf could be like Lol Knew It Told U So!!!11!!!111!!!!1 Lines like "wtf u shouldnt need permission from your boyfriend to watch a movie with me" were used without any irony and to make this guy look like the irrational one. So u see the moral is "your s/o is not allowed to have a friend as the same sex as u, sabotage those relationships" 14 million views btw. Thank u dhar mann

Yeah I'm another one who watches purely cos they're so ridiculous hahaha

I think they're hilarious for all the wrong reasons lol

a lot of the resolutions to conflicts in his vids boil down to "don't hate this person because they might be good at something you're not" and it makes me wonder what kind of person Dhar Mann is irl

I don’t think Dhar Mann is inherently bad himself, I just think some of his ideals are rather unrealistic or toxic. I feel like he’s someone open to changing, but then again I don’t watch him frequently to make an accurate judgement of his character.

Yes, I found out about his channel from Sssniperwolf. I love her commentary over his videos.
