Diamond TM Help

Does anyone know where I can find/get the TMs ExtremeSpeed and Roost?

I'm trying to teach my Togekiss a moveset consisting of:
ExtremeSpeed
Flamethrower (taught)
Aura Sphere (taught)
Roost

If anyone knows, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

EDIT: I just found out ExtremeSpeed is not a TM, and only can be learned through level up. I still need Roost though ^__^;

Ah, never mind. I just learned it from the move tutor.

Well since no level is there, it needs to be re-learned. There's a guy in Pastoria City who helps you to re-learn moves I believe.
