nah, i wanted to unlock brewster first but instead i TT'd forward so i could kick someone out and immediately start the hunt for some of the new villagers lol

Yes , went straight to the museum to see how to unlock Brewster. Then went to see Kapp’n though I thought I would do that after Harv’s island instead of before. If my plot doesn’t auto fill tomorrow will go look for another villager tomorrow . Now to get a few hours sleep so I can get up at 4am.

I didn't even have anything in mind. The first thing I tried to do was talk to Kapp'n but my pockets were full and I couldn't get to him because my pier is decorated so I then went to Nook's to buy the new DIY but didn't know you had to unlock it with Nook Miles before you can even get it and now I'm sitting here in Res. services for like 10 minutes wondering what ordinance to go for.

Nope, since HHP ain’t here yet I couldn’t, but I quickly went and did the quest to unlock the café, then went and paid down the first shop at harvs, planted my first gyroid, set the ordinance, and changed my house exterior, and bought mile items.
Basically I just rushed to do the time gated stuff first since the day is about to turn over where I live.

Sorta! I was clearing out my inventory to go get some money for the storage upgrade, which was my "first thing" plan, but Deirdre stopped by for a visit before I got finished. I did go upgrade my storage immediately after she left, though!

I think the first thing I wanted to do was run to the ABD to check out the new Nook Mile items, but for some reason I went to Isabelle to set up an ordinance instead? Only to end up not even enacting an ordinance...then I went to the ABD lol. There was so much stuff I wanted to check, I forgot all about Brewster, so he ended up being one of the last things I got to.
