Has anyone else noticed this? I noticed that the Able Sisters had a different soundtrack in the GameCube Version than it did in Wild World (as well as City Folk and New Leaf). Despite being the same tune, the one in the GameCube Version involved a lute with a high reverb and was played in G-Major while the Able Sisters soundtrack in future games involved an accordion and was played in D-Major.
Other differences I noticed.
- Nook?s Cranny in the GameCube Version vs Nook?s Cranny in Wild World and City Folk: The former had high intensity percussion and traditional orchestra while the latter had low intensity percussion and synth strings.
- Nook ?N? Go in the GameCube Version vs Nook ?N? Go in Wild World and City Folk: The former had medium pitch brass music while the latter had high pitch synth music.
- Nookway in the GameCube Version vs Nookway in Wild World and City Folk: The former was higher pitch, D-Major, and was played in strings while the latter was lower pitch, F-Major, and was played by xylophone.
- Nookington?s in the GameCube Version vs Nookington?s in Wild World and City Folk: The former sounded very freaky like if someone were screeching, but the latter sounded like a fanfare.
And let?s not forget the Museum, where its GameCube Version?s music sounded like there was no atmosphere while in Wild World and beyond, it had a legit soundtrack (which was a significant difference).
