If you don't water them every day? Like if I can't play each and every day to water them, should I even bother? Is there anything like ordinances like in New Leaf?
All I know is that Nook said that the flowers are hardy and will grow on their own even without watering them. I am assuming that means they don't need to be watered every day, but I'm not 100% on that.
