Do you customize your switch?

That Sailor Moon skin is so nice. And normally I don't like pink!

I haven't and don't plan to customize my Switch other than the protective cover I put on the screen right away (I do this for pretty much every video game handheld). I mostly use my Switch docked, so it honestly doesn't matter what it looks like most of the time.
 
I haven't customized mine. But...on a related note to Switch appearances...

Has anyone noticed that the main Switch body has sparkles in the plastic? This is something I noticed on the spots where my fingers have worn down the finish (especially on the backside). If you hold it in the right light, there are little sparkles under the worn top layer. I wish the whole thing looked like that...but it literally only looks that way in the places where friction has worn it down.
 
I don’t customize either of my switches, mainly because one is the NH switch with a beautiful design & the other is a switch lite that I can’t do much with. However I do have little thumb grips on both of them— pastel turquoise/blue leaves on the big switch and white daisies on the lite.

Same! I fell in love running into this case on Amazon (and their site has such awesome stuff, might collect!). I just recently got it this month.

The one on top is my boyfriend's - persuaded him to get the Switch lol.
 
Does a joy-con upgrade count? I originally bought a Switch with the default grey joy-cons in 2017 and later (2020) bought the green and pink Splatoon 2 joy-cons purely for aesthetic reasons.
 
i saved up for a while to purchase fun joy cons, ended up going for this pair

i have a custom celeste and tangy stickers on my dock as well!
 
I tried putting a sticker on it as well as screen protectors but i think i scratched the screen a little so I gave up on it. when i ordered the sticker i thought it was a plastic protector or something :/. don’t plan on trying to customize it anytime soon again. scared of scratching the screen or messing something up

I have paw print thumb stick grips and a soft rubber clear case that rounded grips on the back. but I would like to buy a customized one someday. I want one with see through purple joy cons like the Game Boy Advance style
 
Yes! I have one switch console plus an extra pair of joy-cons, and all my joy cons are customized. The first pair is matcha green with multicolor buttons, and the second pair is a clear purple color with LED lights that I installed myself! Its looks so cool and I love playing with them. The LED lights change color too. All shells and LED light kit are the extreme rate brand from amazon.

I also have ACNH thumb grips and red pokeball thumb grips (not shown), and a pascal sticker on my joy con dock. I bought some stickers to put on the back of my switch itself but I haven't decided which ones to use yet lol.

I would like to, but I also don't see the point personally. It's alway in the dock so I would barely see it, plus it's like 90% screen so there isn't much for me to do to it.

Same, and Splatoon joycons were literally all I could get...Felt really good replacing the original red/blue, favorite colours, with my absolute least favorite ghastly pink and neon friggin green..
 
Because my original thread for this was removed. I need some opinions about this custom. Should l add more to the dock or leave it as it is.

Anyways, l finished this yesterday and l had to have the glue/epoxy sit overnight. This custom is white fatalis, l always loved MH, thanks to 3 and MHFU that introduced me to the series years ago. And l always loved white fatalis and his theme, so l customized my switch dock.
Iwas going to do shah dalamadur with white fatalis but l changed it up.

It looks fantastic! I love the red and dark vibes and how the wings jut out into the air as well. Definitely one of the better custom Switch docks I’ve seen. :D

I was going to just paint the wings on the dock but instead l wanted them to stand out. So I used very thick paper instead and glued them on.
 
I haven't customised my switch, but after looking through this thread I may just change my mind,, :unsure: I'm interested in getting a white case and some cute joystick grips now

i have the teal acnh skin :) i wanna find a new one though!
